We hold significant concerns with the options proposed, which centre around the legal implications, practical implementation issues, and the potential harm for impacted persons as a result of implementing reporting requirements that possess limited demonstrable health and safety benefits. For example, there is lack of a trauma-informed approach in some of the requirements surrounding the response to psychosocial incidents and workplace violence and assault. Further detail on these concerns are provided in the submission below.
