Amanda Hamilton

Amanda joined RITC as Manger in September 2020.

Amanda has extensive experience driving the strategic development of innovative learning and skills development programs with over 20 years of experience in academic, vocational and adult education. This includes working globally to drive the strategic direction of publications, curriculum, learning design, and developing innovative e-learning and metrics to measure the efficacy of adult learning programs.

Amanda has developed registered training organisations from start-up to becoming award-winning organisations, and has experience developing National Curriculum, Vocational Educational Programs and non-accredited training across many sectors including Business and Economics, Mining and Construction and Leadership and Management.

Amanda has Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design & Development, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and Master of Arts from Curtin University.
