There will be a new face in the Bunbury office over the next six months as Sharon Upston takes extended leave to go travelling across Australia.
Jason Mennell will be filling in to ensure the valuable work of our committees continues in Sharon’s absence. Jason is a seasoned journalist and spent the past four years at the Kalgoorlie Miner, where he spearheaded the newspaper’s mining coverage.
As well as ensuring continuity of service and advocacy to CME’s member companies in the South West, Jason intends to leverage his media experience by shining a light on the positive contributions the mining industry makes to the region.
