Visa Options
Temporary Residence – limited validity for jobs of up to four years
Permanent Residence – permanent option for ongoing positions
- Employer nominations
- Regional sponsorship
- Labour Agreements
- Skilled Occupations Lists (SOL, ENSOL)
- Employers can nominate workers with occupations on the ENSOL
- Workers without employer/sponsor can only apply for General Skilled Migration (GSM) if their occupation is on the SOL
- Other options
