CME Appoints New Life Member

CME is pleased to announce the induction of a new Life Member, Mr John Hanley.
CME Life Membership recognises outstanding service rendered to CME and the resources industry in Western Australia.
Mr Hanley has worked in the oil and gas industry in Australia for 40 years, retiring only recently from his position as Deputy General Manager of North West Shelf Gas.
He was a member of CME’s Executive Council from 1999 to 2005 and Vice President of CME from June 2001 to April 2005.
He has been an outstanding contributor to the industry and has championed the gas industry development award to recognise the achievements of others.
CME has six other Life Members: Barry Cusack, Jack McDermott, Jack Carne, John Linden, Malcolm Macpherson and Peter Lalor. The last life member appointed was Peter Lalor in 2004.
CME is honoured to have Mr Hanley join this list of distinguished gentlemen.
