The cost to Western Australia, when tax policy theory collides with the real world
The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia and the Minerals Council of Australia invite you to a forum on the Australian Government’s proposed new resources tax.
The forum will hear presentations from experts on the tax:
- Chris Richardson, Director, Access Economics, Canberra
- Craig Yaxley, Partner, KPMG and Chair of the Corporate Regulation and Tax
Committee of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies, Perth.
As well as discussions with the industry representatives:
- Reg Howard-Smith, Chief Executive, CMEWA, Perth
- Mitch Hooke, Chief Executive, MCA, Canberra
- Sean Jermy, Senior Manager Taxation Perth, Barrick (Australia Pacific)
