Minerals Tertiary Education Council
The Minerals Tertiary Education Council (MTEC) was established in October 1999. It is resourced by the Minerals Council of Australia to encourage greater collaboration between industry and academia. MTEC is charged with leading and facilitating whatever changes it believes are needed to build a world-class minerals tertiary education environment to support the Australian minerals industry.
